2023 was a good year for fitness.
- 6,742km cycling (my target was 3,500km)
- 458km running (my target was 500km)
- I beat my previous half-marathon time twice during the year and finished the 2023 SCSM half-marathon in 1hr 55m (8 minutes faster than in 2022).
- I stopped drinking alcohol in August, and,
- Lost 5.5kg over the year
This year’s targets:
- Cycling: 8,000km
- Running: 400km
- Drop another ~2kgs
- Stay off alcohol
