2024 Fitness Goals

2023 was a good year for fitness.

  • 6,742km cycling (my target was 3,500km)
  • 458km running (my target was 500km)
  • I stopped drinking alcohol in August, and,
  • Lost 5.5kg over the year

This year’s targets:

  • Cycling: 8,000km
  • Running: 400km
  • Drop another ~2kgs
  • Stay off alcohol
